摘要
采用酚试剂分光光度法测定人造板及其制品、木家具的微量甲醛释放量(干燥器法)。甲醛浓度在0~3.50mg/L范围内,与吸光度呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9993。检测灵敏度是GB18584、GB/T17657乙酰丙酮分光光度法的5倍,显色过程耗时约为后者的1/5,样品测定结果与乙酰丙酮分光光度法相符合。尤其对于甲醛释放量不大于1.5mg/L的样品,酚试剂分光光度法测定结果的重复性好于乙酰丙酮光度法,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于乙酰丙酮光度法。
Micro Amount Formaldehyde emission ( the desiccator test) of wood-based panels, the finishing products and wood based furniture were determined by MBTH spectrophotometry. The experimental data showed that the linear range of the calibration curve in the proposed method was 0 - 3.5 mg/L and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 3. The proposed method was more sensitive (about 5 times) than the method of acetylacetone spectrophotometry in GB 18584 -2001 or GB/T 17657 -1999, and the color development time of the former was also shorter( about 1/5 of the latter). The testing results of the former were in good agreement with those of the latter. The repeatability and the relative errors of the testing results of the former were superior to the latter when the formaldehyde emission of the testing samples was not more than 1.5 mg/L.
