利用毛细管电泳和判别分析判断海洛因地理来源 被引量:1

DETERMINATION ON HEROIN GEOGRAPHICAL SOURCE BY CAPILLARY ELECTROPHORESIS AND DISCRIMINANT ANALYSIS

摘要 对在中国境内缴获的海洛因样本进行地理来源判断。采用动态涂层毛细管电泳技术(CE)对海洛因样本进行生物碱检测,并利用判别分析法对检测数据进行统计学分析,达到了对中国境内缴获的海洛因样本进行地理来源推断的目的。 Dynamic coating capillary electrophoresis technology was used for determining alkaloids in heroin samples seized from border area of China. Geographical source discrimination for heroin samples was carried out. Statistic method was applied to analysis results. The method can be used to determine the geographical source of entering heroin.
