摘要
建立毛细管气相色谱法对樟脑薄荷柳酯乳膏中樟脑、薄荷脑和水杨酸甲酯含量的测定方法。使用Rtx-WAX毛细管柱,以萘为内标物,3种组分和内标在5min之内实现基线分离。各组分浓度与各峰和内标峰面积之比呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数均大于0.999,3种组分的回收率为92.0%~102.5%,相对标准偏差小于2.0%(n=5)。
Camphor,menthol and methyl salicylate in camphor,menthol and metluyl salicylate cream were determined by capillary gas chromatography. A Rtx -Wax fused silica capillary column was used and naphthalene used as internal standard. Under the optimal conditions, three components were baseline separated within five minutes. The ratio between peak areas of individual component and internal standard were linear with the component concentrations in the range of 0.40 - 2.0 g/L. The linear correlation coefficient was more than 0.99. The average recoveries were 92.0% - 102.5% and the RSD was less than 2.0% ( n = 5).
