摘要
平时考核是医学生素质教育的重要方式和组成部分。对广州医学院学生情况对平时成绩考核进行调查,结果表明,考核形式、考核程序以及公正性方面存在问题。为保证考核的公正、公平,需要注意考核形式的多样性、程序的公正性、考核标准的客观性,加强师生之间的信息交流,改革传统的教学方法,提倡PBL教学。
Formative assessment is an important way and component in quality education of medical college students. A survey of daily performance was made and problems were found in assessing forms, procedures and results. To ensure justice and fair, attention should be paid to diversity in check patterns, justice in the procedure and objectivity of the standard. Besides, information exchange between teachers and students should be strengthened and PBL teaching model, instead of traditional one be advocated.
