The Rural-Urban Disparity Under the View of Social Capital: Status and Countermeasure

社会资本概念的提出为我们研究和透视经济和社会发展提供了一个崭新的视角。当前城乡间的差距不仅表现为物质性资源和人力资源上的差距,还表现在社会资本上的市民关系网络和农民关系网络间的巨大差距。城乡之间的社会资本的分布呈现不同的样态,从社会资本角度考察缩小城乡差别的措施,可以从确立城乡一体化发展思路、优化乡村自组织资源、完善制度性社会资本、完成信任类型的现代转换和促进农民市民化等角度入手。

The concept of social capital is a new point of view for the economy and the society research. At present, the rural-urban disparity is not only in material resources and human resources, but also in the social communications of social capital resource. Based on the rural-urban disparity of social capital, from the view of social capital, we should promote the thoughts of urban-rural integration development, optimize rural organization resources, perfect the social capital, and improve famers＇ credit in order to reduce the rural-urban disparity.
