摘要
平衡记分卡作为新兴的效绩评价系统和战略管理工具,在许多企业得到了推广。文章在结合平衡记分卡实施的关键性的支持因素――变革管理、项目管理、信息系统的开发、质量保证系统和风险管理的基础上,构建一个具有普遍推广性的平衡记分卡的实施方法模型。
The balance scorecard, a new performance evaluation system and strategy management tool, is widely carried out in many enterprises. This paper develops a integrated model for balanced scorecard implementation, which embodies the activities related to project management, change management, risk management, quality assurance and information technology areas that contribute considerably to BSC implementation success.
