随着大量劳动密集型企业的集团化趋势,人力资源部门的服务模式也急需转变,e-HR为其提供了合理的解决方案。e-HR可以帮助劳动密集型企业制订人力资源战略规划、科学的战略性招聘、科学有效的培训机制、清晰客观的战略绩效体系以及促进有效沟通,树立"以人为本"的企业形象,使人力资源管理达到降低成本、提高效率目的,从而建立人力资源管理新模式。
With the development of labor-intensive enterprises, the HRM department also need an extension on its service mode, and e-HR offers the solutions. E-HR is helpful for the labor-intensive enterprises in many HRM aspects, including HR strategy, e-Recruiting, e-Learning, e-Salary, improving the visualization of brand, establishing the image of "Human-Oriented", reducing the cost and increasing the efficiency, so that a new HRM mode can be established.
