摘要
研究了蔗糖、葡萄糖、麦芽糖、半乳糖、可溶性淀粉、乳糖、山梨糖、果糖等8种糖源在棉花组织培养愈伤组织诱导、胚性愈伤组织增殖、胚胎发生和发育中的作用。结果表明:在愈伤组织诱导和增殖中,葡萄糖效果较好,蔗糖次之,山梨糖和果糖不利于愈伤组织诱导和增殖,其它糖源效果一般;在棉花胚胎发生和发育中,蔗糖和葡萄糖的效果较佳,可溶性淀粉、麦芽糖、乳糖、山梨糖较差;不同基因型对糖源的反应不尽相同。本文讨论了糖源在棉花组织培养中的效应。
The effects of various sugar sources on callus inducation and proliferation, the differentiation and development of cotton somatic embryos were studied. The results indicated that glucose was advantageous to the inducation and proliferation of cotton callus, sucrose came second, sorbose and fructose were disadvantageous to the inducation and growth of callus. Glucose and sucrose were advantageous to the differentiation and development of cotton somatic embryos, the effects of amylun, maltose, lactose and sorbose were on the contrary. The effects of sugars on various genotypes were various.
