抗仔猪早期断奶应激(EWS)和断奶后应激性疾病的研究 被引量:4

A Study on Anti-EWS and Anti-WSD in Piglet ——Experimental Observation on the Effect of Fumaric Acid etc. on preventing WSD and the Influences of Them on the Weight Increase in Piglet

摘要 试验采用28日龄断奶的大长杂种仔猪144头,分为4组每组36头,Ⅰ组为对照,日粮中不加酸,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组在断奶前10d和断奶后10d日粮中分别添加1.5%柠檬酸、1.5%富马酸和1.5%331复合酸,以观察对提高早期断奶仔猪抗应激能力和生产性能,以及防制或减少WSD的效果。试验结果:(1)Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ组在断奶后试验期间(28~58日龄),WSD发病率分别为77.77%,44.44%,22.22%和16.66%;死亡率分别为13.88%,8.33%,5.55%和5.55%;存活率分别为86.12%,91.67%,94.45%和94.45%.结果表明,柠檬酸、富马酸和331复合酸都有抗应激和防制WSD的效果,其中以富马酸和331复合酸效果最佳。(2)在断奶后试验期间,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ组体重分别增重10.59kg,11.32kg,12.11kg和12.97kg,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ组比Ⅰ组分别增重6.89%,14.35%和22.47%.结果表明,柠檬酸、富马酸和331复合酸都有酸化日粮、促进消化吸收和提高早期断奶后仔猪的生产性能,其中以331复合酸和富马酸效果最好。 In the test, we used 144 long big cross-bred piglets and divided them into four groups equally. We didn't put the acid in the daily feed of group Ⅰ. In the days before weaning and ten days after weaning of piglets. We put 1.5% citric acid, [ST5”BZ]1.5% fumaric acid and 1.5% 331 compound acid in the daily feed of group Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ, respectively, so as to observe the effect of the three kinds of acid on improving the capacity of anti-EWS and breeding of piglet and preventing or decreasing WSD. The results were: (1) During the test after weaning of piglet ([ST5”BZ]28~58 days old), the incidences of WSD were 77.77%, [ST5”BZ]44.44%, 22.22% and 16.66%, respectively; the death rates were 13.88%, 8.33%, [ST5”BZ] 5.55% and 5.55%, respectively; living rates were 82.12%, 91.67%, 94.45% and [ST5”BZ]94.45%, respectively. This indicated that the three kinds of acid had the effect on anti-EWS and preventing WSD, and fumaric acid and 331 compound acid were better. (2) During the test after weaning of piglets, the weights of piglets increased 10.59kg, 11.32kg, 12.11kg and 12.97kg, respectively. The weights of group Ⅱ, Ⅲ and [WT5”BZ]Ⅳ, increased 6.89%, 14.35% and [ST5”BZ]22.47%, respectively, more than that of group Ⅰ. This indicated that the three kinds of acid could acidify the daily feed, make it more digestible and improve the breeding capacity of piglets after their early weaning, and 331 compound acid and fumaric acid were better.
