鸡受精蛋中几种酶活性的研究

The Changes of Three Enzymic Activities in Fertilized Eggs of Hens

由于未孵化的鸡受精蛋与未受精蛋在形态及化学成份上差异不大，采用适度冷冻的方法收集受精蛋胚盘及未受精蛋胚珠的细胞，进行了３种酶活性的研究。结果表明受精蛋的谷丙转氨酶（ＧＰＴ）、葡萄糖－６－磷酸脱氢酶（Ｇ６ＰＤ）及碱性磷酸酶（ＡＬＰ）活性都高于未受精蛋，且有显著差异。

The activities of glutamate-pyruvate transaminase, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and alkaline phosphatase of the cells of both embryonic disk of fertilized eggs and embryonic knob of unfertilized eggs were determined. The samples were collected by moderate freezing and analysed by chemical methods, since there were no significant morphologic differences between those cells. The results indicated that the activities of the three enzymes in the fertilized eggs were signigicantly higher than those of the unfertilized eggs respectively.
