江西地方鸡种6种血清酶多态性的研究

Studies on the Polymorphism of the Serum Enzymes in the Local Chickens in Jiangxi Province

采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法测定了江西４个地方鸡种（泰和乌骨鸡、万载康乐鸡、南城五黑鸡、广丰三黄白耳鸡）的碱性磷酸酶（ＡＫＰ－１，ＡＫＰ－２）、淀粉酶（Ａｍｙ－１，Ａｍｙ－２）、酯酶（ＥＳ－１，ＥＳ－２）等６种血清酶的多态性，结果显示，这４个鸡种在这６个位点上均表现出多态。根据所测位点的基因频率，计算了各品种的平均杂合度和遗传距离，并运用最短距离法进行了聚类分析，结果表明各鸡种间均具有较大的遗传距离。

The polymorphism of six serum enzymes (AKP-1, AKP-2, AMY-1, AMY-2, ES-1, ES-2) in four kinds of local chickens in Jiangxi Province (Taihe, Kangle, Nancheng, Guangfeng) were analysed using vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that all six kinds of loci had polymorphic evidence. The average gene heterozygosity and the standard genetic distance were calculated based on the gene frequency of each locus. A dendrogram was drawn by adopting the nearest distance method of clustering in numerical taxonomy. The results showed a relatively large genetic distance between each of the four kinds of native chickens.
