摘要 采用固相法合成了YAG:Ce3+荧光粉。对样品进行了X-射线衍射、透射电镜和荧光光谱的表征,考察了助熔剂NH4F的含量、掺杂浓度和烧结温度对荧光粉的结晶度、粒径及发光性能的影响。结果表明,随着助熔剂NH4F浓度的增大和温度的升高样品的结晶更完美,但样品的粒径增大;随着温度的升高激发和发射光谱的最大波长紫移。 In this paper,Yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG) powders doped Ce^3+ was synthesized by the solid state process. The samples were characterized by XRD,TEM and fluorescence spectrum. The influences of the amount of flux NH4F, doping concentration and calcination temperature on crystallinity,particle diameter and property of fluorescence were investigated. The results show that crystallinity become perfect but particle diameter become larger with the increase of NH4F amount. The max wavelength of excitation and emission spectrum move to short wavelength with the increase of calcination temperature.
