锯屑天然模板辅助合成单晶NiO及其性能研究 被引量:1

Study on synthesis of single-crystal NiO by using sawdust as natural template and its performance

摘要 以锯屑为模板,结合溶胶-凝胶法对模板进行填充,得到模板-溶胶体系,干燥后转变为模板-凝胶体系,再于马弗炉中600℃热分解并脱除模板6 h后,得黑色NiO样品。进一步借助X-射线衍射测试以及透射电镜测试对所得样品的晶型和形貌大小进行了表征,并借助循环伏安测试对所得样品的电化学性能做了初步探讨。X-射线衍射测试结果证实所得样品为NiO,透射电镜测试结果表明,所得NiO为规则的块状单晶结构,平均粒径约2μm左右。电化学测试结果表明,所得块状NiO具有明显的赝电容性能。 In this paper,nickel oxide was successfully synthesized in porous saudus natural template using sol-gel process. First,the template-sol system was prepared by immersing thecitrate sol into sawdust template. Then it translated into the template-gel system by drying. Finally, the resulted complex precursors were thermally decomposed and the template was removed simultaneously by annealing in air at 600 ℃ for 6 h to obtain the black NiO sample. The obtained sample was characterized by XRD ,TEM measurements and the cyclic voltammetry test. The results of XRD showed that sample was NiO. TEM test results indicated the prepared NiO had regular bulk single crystal structure and its average size was about 2 μm. In addition, the cyclic voltammetry test indicated the NiO sample had a good pseudocapacitive behavior.
