日本水稻抗瘟基因对宁夏稻瘟病菌的抗性研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用1994~1995年104个存活单孢分离物对日本12个单基因鉴别品种进行人工接种,测定结果表明:供试宁夏稻瘟病菌菌株对12个抗瘟基因均有不同程度侵染。其中对Pi-Ks、Pi-a两基因的致病率最高,故这两个基因对本区稻瘟病菌生理小种基本不具抗性,而对Pi-Zt基因的致病率最低,因此Pi-Zt基因可作为今后抗瘟育种的抗源基因。 During 1994~1995 the resistance of Japanese single gene differential cultivars to 102 of monospore isolates of Pyricularia oryzae selected from Ningxia different regions was studied by using artificial inoculation. The results indicated that all the tested differential cultivars could affected by Ningxia rice blast, but the degree of resistance in different cultivars was different. Among them the cultivar Chai 1 with Pi Z t gene are most resistant because 83.7% of tested isolates could not infect it , and the cultivars with Pi K s and Pi a gene were not the most resistant because 68.3% and 44.2% of tested isolates could infect them respectively. So the Pi Z t gene for resistance to Pyricularia oryzae can be do as the resource gene for breeding resistance to rice blast in Ningxia region, and the Pi K s and Pi a genes are not useful for breeding resistance to rice blast in Ningxia region.
