中药益坤宁方调节围绝经期大鼠卵巢细胞色素P450芳香化酶mRNA的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨细胞色素P450芳香化酶(aromatase cytochrome P450,P450arom)mRNA在围绝经期自然老化大鼠卵巢上的表达及意义。方法:选用11-13月龄雌性围绝经期Wistar大鼠32只。随机将其分为模型组、益坤宁组、西药对照组。另选青年大鼠10只,月龄4个月,作为青年对照组,用原位杂交方法检测大鼠卵巢上的P450arom mRNA的表达。结果:P450arom mRNA在模型组卵巢上呈阴性或弱阳性表达,在青年组呈强阳性表达,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。而在益坤宁组及西药对照组均呈阳性表达,与模型组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:中药益坤宁可促进大鼠卵巢P450arom mRNA的表达,有利于雌激素的合成。 To study the expression and significance of the cytochrome P450 aromatase (P450arom) mRNA on perimenopausal natural aging rat ovarian. Methods: Select thirty-two wistar rats which are perimenopausal female and during eleven to thirteen months old. Then they were randomly divided into model group, Yi Kun Ning-group and the control group of western medicine. In addition, select ten young rats which are four months old as the young control group to detect the expression of P450arom mRNA on the ovarian with in situ hybridization. Results: P450arom mRNA express negatively or weakly on ovarians in the model group and express strongly positively on ovarians in the young group.The difference between the two groups is statistically significant (P <0.01).But Yi Kun-ling group and the control group of western medicine have positive expression, they have statistically significant differences compared with the model group were (P <0.01). Conclusion: The benefits of Chinese medicine Yi Kun Ning would rather promote the expression of P450arom mRNA on rat's ovarian to estrogen synthesis.
