摘要
目的探讨脑缺血对沙土鼠学习记忆的影响及缺血后早期亚低温干预的保护作用,为其临床应用提供理论依据。方法采用双侧颈总动脉结扎法制作脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,给予早期亚低温干预,损伤后第6天即第7天进行Y型辐射迷宫测试学习记忆能力,并观察海马组织学改变。结果缺血后早期亚低温对缺血造成的学习记忆障碍有保护作用,组织学检查见海马CA1区锥体细胞损害明显减轻。结论亚低温对脑缺血造成的学习记忆障碍有保护作用,与海马结构的显著改善有关。
Objective It is to discuss the influence of cerebral ischemia on learning and memory in gerbil and the protective effect of sub-hypothermia early after postischemia and to provide theory basis for the clinical application. Methods Cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury model was established with hibateral common carotid artery ligation therapy. The models were interfered with early sub-hypothermia. The abilities of learning and memory were tested with type Y radiation labyrinth at the sixth day after injury and the histology change of hippocampus was observed. Results Sub-hypothermia early after postischemia had protective effect on the disorder of learning and memory induced by ischemia. Pyramidal cells impairment in hippocampus CAI region palliated obviously was discovered with histology examination. Conclusion Sub-hypothermia has protective effect on the disorder of learning and memory induced by cerebral ischemia, which is concerned with significant improvement of hippocampus structure.
