摘要
以12个家蚕亲本按6×6不完全双列杂交设计组配的36个杂交组合为材料,用2种方法分析了家蚕亲本间的遗传距离并进行聚类分析。结果,亲本间遗传距离所表现的遗传差异与亲本固有的系统差异无关,与亲本的地理差异有一定联系。对遗传距离与36个杂交组合F110项性状杂种优势率相关性研究表明,二者之间有6项茧质性状存在显著或极显著直线回归关系。
The present paper is concerned about genetic distance and cluster analysis in silkworm.The data used in the analysis came from 12 parents of silkworm and their 36 crosses according to 6×6 incomplete biserial cross design.The result showed that the genetic difference derived from genetic distance was related to those caused by geographical origins,but not identical to pedigree difference.There was a significant linear regression between genetic distance (D 2)among the 12 parents and heterosis(VR%) of 6 cocoon characters in their 36 crosses(F 1).Within a restricted range(1≤D 2≤8),the greater genetic distance was the greater heterosis.Some important things for choosing parents for crosses in Bombyx mori. L were discussed.
