摘要 采用 DQ-Ⅳ催化剂,在4 L 丙烯聚合釜中进行了丙烯聚合实验,考察了外给电子体 C-Donor 和D-Donor 对催化剂活性和聚丙烯(PP)性能的影响。结果表明:采用 D-Donor 作为外给电子体与 C-Donor 相比,可使催化剂活性提高20%-30%;PP 等规指数提高约1%;结晶温度提高0.833℃,熔点提高2.766℃;相对分子质量略有提高,相对分子质量分布基本未变;拉伸强度提高约13%,弯曲强度提高约26%,缺口冲击强度提高约68%。 The authors conducted propene polymerization with DQ-Ⅳ catalyst in a 4-liter reactor and examined the effect of external electron donors (C-Donor and D-Donor) on activity of the catalyst and properties of the polypropene product. The results reveal that compared with C-donor, using D-donor can make catalytic activity increase 20%-30%. Furthermore, the resin's isotactic index increase 1%; its tensile strength, bending strength and notched impact strength increases 13%, 26% and 68%, respectively. The crystallization temperature and melting point temperature of the resin rises by 0.833 ℃ and 2.766 ℃, respectively. The relative molecular mass of the resin rises somewhat whereas its distribution remains unchanged.
