介绍连轧棒材两线、三线、多线(四线、五线)切分孔型特点,同时针对三线切分一道预切分孔型系统存在的问题,优化孔型,重新设计双道预切分孔型系统,在孔型系统共用基础上,唐钢一棒生产线Ф16螺三线切分生产成功,解决了三线切分生产过程切分不均,稳定性差问题,大大提高Ф16螺生产水平。
