摘要
介绍了唐钢第一钢轧厂在现有设备工艺条件下,生产一般规格硬线钢时,对无法经过精炼炉精炼的炉次,利用薄板钢水浇余渣处理的方法在转炉炉后钢包脱硫的生产实践,结果表明脱S率在10%～40%,钢水较为纯净。对其他钢种的脱S效果有待进一步研究。
This paper introduced Tangshan Iron ＆ Steel Co. Ltd the NO. 1 Steel-Roll Mill under the present equipment technology, when produced the general hard wire steel, some times we didn＇t treated the molten steel with refining furnace. We treating this molten steel with pour exceed slag. It has a good effect at desulfurization.
