结合SPHC钢不同变形量的组织和性能,总结了金属宏观变形量和晶粒变形程度之间的关系,为在显微组织分析方法确定宏观变形量提供了数据。试验结果说明,热轧薄板未变形的显微组织也带有适量的方向性,晶粒变形程度与宏观变形程度之间不呈线性关系,晶粒变形数据在横向试样和纵向试样上略有差异。纵向试样更能够显示变形程度。在40～50%的变形量范围内,强度、塑性和硬度的变化出现了一个较小的阶段,这个现象在工程上具有重要意义。

Attaching the differ amount of deformation of SPHC steel, summarized the relationship between the metal macro amount of deformation and grain deformation extent, base on the data above for the microstructure analytical procedure and confirm the macro amount deformation. Presentation of testing results that unstrained microstructure of cold rolled steel also participate of some directivity, and no linear relationship between the extent of grain and macro deformations, and a small differ of grain deformation between the test sample of sidewise or lengthwise. The lengthwise sample could even more present the extent of deformation. When amount of deformation with in 40-50% and appears a small change of intensity, plasticity and hardness.
