转型经济中增聘有社会资源人士对企业绩效的影响
摘要
本文认为在中国这类转型经济中,聘用前任政府官员或者现任政府官员的亲属作为企业高层管理小组(TMG)成员,是一种非常有效的增聘战略对策。增聘战略对策有益于企业的绩效,同时也会产生一些损害,但是这种不利影响可以通过约束与政府官员有紧密联系的高层管理人员的权力而减少。
