摘要
以栽培大麦与球茎大麦种间杂种回交后代的2个抗病姐妹株(BC1-2、BC1-5)为材料,以其母本栽培大麦苏啤1号为对照,对它们的C-带染色体图象进行电脑技术处理:建立母本标准模式图,检测并绘制2个姐妹株的C-带染色体图象。结果表明,BC1-2F3的C-带带型与其母本基本相同,而BC1-5F3中有两对栽培大麦染色体发生了结构变异,其第三、四染色体长臂发生了互换,形成3/4易位。这种易位是栽培大麦染色体组间,而不是异源染色体间的易位。通过杂种早代花粉母细胞联会四价体C-带带型的电脑分析,进一步验证了这一结果。
A C banding idiogram of barley cultivar “Su Pie” was established by computer, and used as a standard to analyze the C banded chromosomes of two barley lines BC 1-2 F 3 and BC 1 5 F 3, which derived from BC 1 of “Su Pie” X GBC141 (Hordeum bulbosum) The results showed that BC 1 2 F 3 had similar banding patterns to those of “Su Pie”, while a recipocal translocation occurred between chromosome 3 amd 4 of BC 1 5 F 3 with the long arms exchanged The formatiom of a quadrivalent in the meiotic cells of BC 1 5 F 1 further comfirmed the chromosome translocations detected by the computer system
