摘要
采用鸡球虫单卵囊感染雏鸡,对雏鸡日龄及生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明,1、7、15和30d雏鸡的感染成功率分别为63.3%、60%、3.33%和0;与该种球虫鉴定时的指标相比,潜隐期从141h延长至(176.6±7.2)h,卵囊由(20.16±1.16)μm×(15.59±1.13)μm增大至(24.32±1.3)μm×(18.61±0.75)μm,孢子囊由(11.64±0.85)μm×(5.86±0.59)μm增大至(12.89±0.85)μm×(7.51±0.25)μm;显露期为(49.8±5.62)h,每鸡排出8.42×104个卵囊。
