摘要
液压助力器的稳定性,是指它在工作中会不会产生持续不断的振动。对于已经使用的助力器,一般情况下当平衡工作状态受到破坏后,能够迅速地恢复到原来的平衡状态。如果液压助力器的稳定性变差,它就会产生低频自激振动使舵面发生持续抖动,这就是液压助力器的稳定性遭到了损坏;由于设计上的缺陷,有些液压助力器的稳定裕量很小,甚至基本的稳定条件也难以满足,使用过程中某些因素发生变化时,就会使舵面发生持续振动的情况。在这些影响因素中,除了液压系统性能参数和助力器本身结构参数外,与维护工作直接有关的是固有频率ωh和安装支座刚度系数Kz的变化。
The stablity of hydrobooster means whether it would occur continual libration in work or not. Hydrobooster which has been used can come back to equilibrium when original working state is destroyed. But if stablity of hydrobooster become bad, self-excited vibration in low frequency produced by hydrobooster can make movable surface occuring durative dithering. Because factors of design, stablity coefficient of some hydrobooster is too small to meet basic condition of stability.So if some factor changes in work, which can bring on durative dithering of movable surface. In those contributor, except performance parameter of bleed-off system and structural behavior of hydrobooster, inherent frequency(ωh)and stiffness factor of mounting bracket(Kz)have directly connection with maintenance efforts.
