摘要
针对液压泵故障诊断特性参数多、故障诊断模糊性强的特点,提出应用阶比分析方法消除与振动信号无关的噪声干扰,然后利用粗糙集理论对故障诊断决策表进行约简,获得最优决策系统,最后在最优决策系统的基础上,形成液压泵故障诊断规则,有效提高了液压泵故障诊断的精度和效率。
In view of many fault parameters and strong faintness of failure eharaeteristies of hydraulie pump, this paper present the signal-proeessing method based on order analysis to eliminate the noise independent with the vibration signal. Simplify the fault diagnosis deeision table using rough sets theory and aequire superior deeision system, finally get the fault diagnosis rule of hydraulie pump. This method raises the aeeuraey and effieieney of fault diagnosis of hydraulic pump greatly.
