摘要
对微处理器(MP)指令系统的微指令规范化描述反映了MP控制器的一般控制规律。对控制器进行功能模块划分符合指令的分段编码规律和IC设计制造的实际。微指令序列故障可观测等价于控制器功能故障的可观测。利用由指令组成的控制器功能验证集和故障定位集,可实现控制器的系统级功能验证和故障模块的定位。
The standard description of microprocessor (MP) instruction system reflects the general control laws of MP controller The division of the controller into various functional parts accords with the laws of instruction encode and the realities of IC design and manufacture The observation of microinstruction sequence faults is equivalent to the observation of the controller faults Utilizing the functional verifying set and the fault locating set, both which consist of MP instruction, can verify the systemic functions of MP controller and locate faulty parts
