快速成形和快速模具在样车试制工程中的应用

Application of Rapid Prototyping and Rapid Tooling into Prototype Vehicle Production

结合东风自主品牌轿车的研发过程,系统地研究了样车快速试制工艺。比较了几种典型快速成形工艺,详细介绍了汽车覆盖件和塑料件的快速模具和成形工艺。指出基于快速成形和快速模具技术可实现低成本、小批量样车的快速试制。

Combined with the R ＆ D of Dongfeng Motor Corp. ＇s autonomous car make,the processes for prototype vehicle rapid trial production are systemically studied in this paper. Specifically, several typical rapid prototyping processes are compared, and the rapid tooling and rapid prototyping processes for vehicle closure panels and plastic parts are presented in detail. So it is pointed out that the rapid trail production for small batch of prototype vehicles can be realized with low cost by using rapid prototyping and rapid tooling technologies.
