香榧外种皮的超临界CO_2萃取及化学成分分析 被引量:9

摘要 采用超临界CO2技术提取香榧外种皮并分析其化学组分,研究了萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间和分离温度等单因素对提取物得率的影响,并通过正交试验确定了最佳的提取工艺条件为:萃取压力15 MPa,萃取温度45℃,萃取时间120 m in,分离温度35℃。在上述条件下,提取物得率17.5%。通过GC-MS分析含量较多的40个化学组分,共鉴定出38个化学成分,发现香榧外种皮超临界CO2提取物中大多为萜类化合物。 Supercritical CO2 extraction was mainly adopted to extract Torreya grandis episperm, and its chemical components of extractive were analyzed in this paper. Effects of extraction pressure, temperature, time and separation temperature single-factor tests on the yield of extractive were investigated. Suitable conditions were determined based on orthogonal experimental program, i. e., extraction pressure 15 MPa, extraction temperature 45℃, extraction time 120 min, separation temperature 35℃. Under this condition, the yield of extractive was 17.5%. By analyzing the extractive, it was found that there were 38 chemical compounds. The terpene compounds was the main content in the extractive of Torreya grandis by GC - MS.
