摘要
以稻草为原料,利用自制的炭化设备制备稻草炭和稻草醋液,研究炭化温度对稻草炭、稻草醋液以及稻草燃气得率的影响,采用元素分析仪、电感耦合等离子直读光谱仪对稻草炭的元素组成进行了测试与分析。结果表明:稻草炭和稻草燃气的得率随炭化终点温度升高而下降,稻草醋液的得率则随炭化终点温度的升高而升高。稻草炭富含作物生长必需的氮、磷、钾等多种营养元素,其中碳、氮、磷、钾含量分别为3.70×105、8.18×103、3.96×103、3.10×104mg/kg。研究了稻草炭添加量对小白菜生长量的影响,结果表明:当稻草炭的添加量占土壤总量的8%时,小白菜生长量提高较大,增幅为20.87%。
Rice straw was used to make straw carbon and straw vinegar in the self-made carbonization equipment. The effects of carbonization temperature on the yield of straw carbon, straw vinegar and straw gas were discussed. The results showed that with carbonization temperature increasing, the yields of straw carbon and straw gas presented rising trend, while the yield of straw vinegar had declining trend. Composition and properties of the straw carbon were respectively tested using element analyzer and inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry. The results showed that straw carbon was rich in nutritional elements for plants. The contents of C, N, P, K was 3.70×10^5, 8. 18 × 10^3, 3.96 × 10^3 ,3. 10 × 10^4mg/kg respectively. The effects of straw carbon addition on the growth of Chinese cabbage was studied as well. It showed that Chinese cabbage growth increased by 20. 87% ,when the addition of straw carbon was 8% of soil total quality.
