利用硼与对甲氨基苯甲酸褪色光度法测定药物和生物样品中的硼 被引量:3

摘要 建立了利用对甲氨基苯甲酸测定硼的新方法.研究表明,对甲氨基苯甲酸与硼在pH=10.00发生褪色反应,褪色最大波长λmax=242nm,硼的浓度在0.22-21.6μg·mL^-1范围内与吸光度(A)降低程度呈良好线性关系,线性回归方程为A=-0.035—0.016C,相关系数r=0.999,检测限为0.18μg·mL^-1,回收率为98.7%~101%,该方法能够直接用于药物和生物样品中硼的测定,结果满意. A novel method is described for the determination of boron(B) with Aminomethylbenzoic Acid (PAMBA) by discoloring spectrophotometry in this paper. The study indicates that at pH 10.00 the absorbance of PAMBA in aqueous solution decreases when boric acid (BA) is added to the solution. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of boron concentrations of O. 22-21.60 μg· mL^-1 at the maximal discoloring wavelength of 242 nm. The equation of linear regression is A=-0. 038- 0. 016 C, with a linearly correlation coefficient of 0. 999. The detection limit is 0.18 μg · mL^- 1 , RSD is 0. 11%, and recovery is in the range of 98.7%-101%. The method is successfully applied to the determination of boron in pharmaceutical and biological samples.
