高校职业实用性体育校本课程内容的选择与开发

采用文献资料法、综合分析法,对当前我国普通高等院校选择与开发职业实用性体育校本课程内容的依据、原则及相关问题进行了探讨.其研究的出发点在于,不同职业背景下的高校应开展适合于学生未来职业需要的实用性体育活动,以帮助学生形成职业实用性体育技能,形成终身体育的观念,满足学生走向工作岗位后,结合自己的劳动形式、性质、条件等因素,参与体育锻炼,提高劳动效率.

This paper, which adopts the documentative and comprehensive analysis methods, mainly discusses the theoretical foundation, principle and the related questions on the exploitation and development of the vocational-practical sports in colleges and universities. Its research starting point lies in the development of sports that suits the future professional development of students. And it also helps the students to form the vocational-practical sports ability and the concept of lifelong sports. After the students goes to work, it can satisfy their needs to take part in sports and improve work efficiency according to their working form, quality and condition.
