复合纳米材料对混凝土及水泥砂浆性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究加入不同比例复合纳米材料、掺30%~40%四掺复合掺合料的胶砂和C40级混凝土的性能,经复配C40级混凝土试块的抗氯离子和硫酸盐侵蚀试验、复配净浆试块的扫描电镜(SEM)和差示扫描量热(DSC)分析表明:相对于基准C40级混凝土,掺入复合掺合料和复合纳米材料配制的C40级混凝土的流动性和抗硫酸盐、氯离子侵蚀的能力均有所增强,其抗压强度提高约20%;复合纳米材料掺入减水剂用于混凝土的效果优于掺入复合掺合料用于混凝土,复合纳米材料掺入减水剂中可以很好地解决纳米材料易于团聚的问题,掺入量为减水剂质量的0.5%~1.0%。 Study was made on performance of cement mortar and C40 grade concrete, into which different proportion of composite nano-material and 30%-40% of composite admixture were mixed. It was indicated through sulphate and chloride ions corrosion test on C40 grade concrete test piece and analysis of paste hydration product test piece by SEM and DSC that the composite nano-material and composite admixture can increase the fluidity,sulphate and chloride ions resistance of C40 grade concrete and its compression strength was increased by 20%. The effect of composite nano-material adding water reducing agent used for concrete is better than adding admixture because that can well resolve the problem of nano-material apt to agglomerate, the adding amount of composite nano-material is 0.5%-1.0% mass of water reducing agent.
