摘要
从预应力钢筋的锈蚀问题展开,对目前国内外已被应用以及尚处于研究试验阶段的几种施加于预应力钢筋材料本身的防锈技术进行了探讨。其中包括在工程界已经有所应用的锌基镀层和环氧树脂涂层;以及尚处于研究阶段,但其力学性能及防锈蚀性能远比普通预应力钢筋优秀的高性能材料——碳/玻璃纤维增强塑料和高强度不锈钢。
Starting from corrosion of prestressed reinforcement,discussions are made on corrosion protection methods of several prestressed reinforcement materials which have been applied or still at research trial period at home and abroad at present,that including zinc-based coating and epoxy resin coating applied in projects, as well as high performance material-carbon fibre/glass fibre reinforced plastic and hlgh-strength stainless steel though they are at research stage but their mechanical properties and corrosion resistance are much better than normal prestressed reinforcement.
