摘要
以平面电机课题中采用的Halbach阵列为例,采用一种永磁阵列的通用分析方法对磁场进行了解析计算和谐波分析,利用ANSYS对径向和Halbach阵列的磁场进行了仿真和比较,最后用MATLAB对ANSYS的磁场仿真结果进行了谐波分析。计算和仿真结果表明,Halbach阵列具有磁单边特性,且磁场在强侧具有优良的正弦特性。
Taking the Halbach array applied in the planar motor as an example, a general analytical method of PM array was firstly introduced and the magnetic field and harmonic component were calculated, and then the ANSYS software to simulate and compare magnetic field of the Halbach array and radial array was utilized. At last MATLAB was used to make harmonic analysis about the ANSYS simulation results. The calculation and simulation results showed that the magnetic field of the Halbach Array was single-sided and well sinusoidal.
