摘要
随着半导体及精密加工技术的快速发展,对平面定位、加工和装配机械的要求越来越高。设计了一种结构新颖的开关磁阻平面电动机,采用直接驱动方式,省去了传统平面电动机中复杂的机械传动机构。在对开关磁阻平面电动机运动机理分析与研究的基础上,设计了实验样机的基本结构和具体参数。并在Ansoft Maxwell 3D环境下进行了仿真实验,验证了理论分析和计算结果的正确性,为开关磁阻平面电动机的进一步研究奠定了理论基础。
With the development of semiconductor and pinpoint processing technology, the requirements for the fiat orientation, processing and assemblage of mechanism became higher and higher. A switched reluctance planar motor ( SRPM ) with novel structure was designed. The SRPM can be driven directly and omited a series of complex converting sets in traditional planar motors. Based on analysis and research of the translation principle of the SRPM, the mathematical modeling of the SRPM was set up, elementary structure and parameters for a sample were offered. The simulation at the Ansoft Maxwell 3D environment verified the analytical theories and calculating result, built up theories foundation for the further research of the SRPM.
