混合励磁直线同步电动机悬浮牵引控制器设计

摘要 分析了电磁永磁混合磁体直线同步电动机的悬浮力和牵引力。励磁磁极与电枢之间悬浮力的关系可以分解为三部分,其中励磁磁场和电枢磁场之间相互作用的法向分量产生悬浮力,切向分量产生牵引力。在此基础上导出了实现悬浮力与牵引力独立控制的算法并设计了悬浮与牵引控制器。电机磁场定向驱动控制中,通过实施对定子d轴电流的零控制可以最大程度减小对悬浮的影响。实验结果表明控制效果令人满意。 The thrust and levitation force in linear synchronous motor with hybrid magnet were analyzed. The levitation force was divided into three parts with that the normal component of interaction force between exciting field and armature field was levitation force and tangential one was thrust. The control algorithm as well as controller for levition and propulsion was designed. The influence to levitation from propulsion was greatly reduced by using the magnetic flux oriented propulsion control with setting d - axis cruuent to zero, The results of control experiment showed satisfactory performance.
