借助有限元分析对输流波纹管元件的减振研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对输流波纹管流固耦合振动的现象,运用数值模拟方法加以分析。基于商用软件 ANSYS,比较研究了波纹管的参数、流动等性质对振动的影响,定性地分析了不同条件下该振动的特征,并根据计算结果提出了波纹管流固耦合振动的减振方法。 Aiming at the vibration of fluid-solid interaction (FSI) inflow-conducting bellows, a numerical simulation method is applied to analyze it. Based on the commercial software of ANSYS, the influences on the vibration of the parameter and flow of the bellows are investigated. The qualitative analysis of vibration features in different conditions is presented. According to the results, some methods to reduce the FSI vibration in bellows are'proposed.
