晶状体超声乳化治疗合并白内障的闭角型青光眼

Phacoemulsification for the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma with co-existing cataract glaucoma

目的评价单纯晶状体超声乳化手术治疗合并白内障的闭角型青光眼的效果。方法回顾性分析23例(25眼)合并白内障的闭角型青光眼施行单纯晶状体超声乳化手术,观察术前术后视力、眼压、前房角及前房深度。随访时间半年。结果23例(25眼)术后平均眼压明显降低(P<0.001),术后视力均有提高,前房角均有增宽,部分重新开放,前房深度加深。结论单纯晶状体乳化吸出术是合并白内障的闭角型青光眼的一种可供选择的有效治疗方法,但应掌握其适应证。

Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes of phacoemulsification and aspiration in eyes with angle-closure glaucoma and co-existing cataract. Methods 23 cases （25 eyes） with angle-closure glaucoma and co-existing cataract whose IOP can be controlled by local eye-dropping were preformed by phacoemulsification and aspiration. The preoperative and postoperative visual acuity, intraocular pressure, anterior chamber angle and depth of anterior chamber were examined. The follwoing-up was 6 months. Results The IOP was fall obviously after operation（P 〈 0. 001 ）. The anterior chamber angle became wider or open again and the visual acuity improved as well. Conclusions Phacoemulsification can be an effective choice in treating angle-closure glaucoma with co-existing cataract. Its adaption should be grasped.
