圆锥角膜的角膜移植术

Treatment of Keratoconus with Keratoplasty

目的评价角膜移植治疗圆锥角膜的临床效果。方法采用深板层或穿透性角膜移植术治疗圆锥角膜21例(23眼),临床观察4～23月。结果术后矫正视力≥0.4者19例(21眼),≥0.8者3例(4眼),发生排斥反应1例(1眼),植片透明23眼。结论角膜移植术可有效的治疗圆锥角膜。

Objective To evaluate the effect of therapeutic keratoplasty on treatment of keratoconus. Methods Deep lamellar keratoplasty and penetrating keratoplasty was performed on 21 cases （23 eyes） of keratoconus,All patients were followed up for 4 to 23 months after surgery. Results The correct visual acuity achieved 0.4 or better in 21 eyes of 19 cases, correct vision was 0.8 or better in 4 eyes of 3 cases. Reject reaction occurred in 1 eye of 1 case. The graft kept clear in 23 eyes（ 100% ）. Conclusion Therapeutic keratoplasty is an effective way for the treatment of keratoconus.
