LB-WHⅡ水葫芦提取液用作猪体消毒剂使用效果初步调查

LB-WHⅡ是厦门绿波生物科技有限公司用水葫芦制备的具有杀菌灭毒效果的水溶液。试验以百迪Ⅱ和消特灵Ⅱ作对照,对LB-WHⅡ带猪消毒效果进行初步评估。经过3个多月的观察,百迪Ⅱ组、消特灵Ⅱ组、LB-WHⅡ组生猪感染性疾病发生率分别为:3/16、2/16、0/16;因感染性疾病并发症引起的死亡率分别为:2/16、1/16、0/16。出栏生猪个体平均增重率分别为:0.610、0.607、0.696。结果显示,LB-WHⅡ极具替代百迪Ⅱ和消特灵Ⅱ用于养猪场消毒的商业潜力。

LB-WHⅡ, an extract of water hyacinth （Eichhomia crassipes） provided by Xiamen Lübo Biotechnology Co Ltd., was tested for anti-germ efficacy on pig farm. Baidi Ⅱ , composed of glutaraldehyde and deciquam, and Xiaoteling Ⅱ , with DCCNa （sodium dichloroisocyanurate）, were involved as control to evaluate results of the experiment.The job went on for three months.Each of the three groups included 16 hogs at the beginning.As a result, the occurrence of infectious disease was recorded to be 0/16 in the tested group, 2/16 for Baidi Ⅱ and 3/16 for Xiaoteling Ⅱ .The relevant death rates were found to be 0/16, 1/16 and 2/16,respectively.The average individual growth rates for the fattening hogs were 0.696 in the tested group,0.610 for Baidi Ⅱ and 0.607 for Xiaoteling Ⅱ .This work showed that LB-WH Ⅱ could be considered a commercially potent substitute of Baidi Ⅱ and Xiaoteling Ⅱ for pig farm sterilizing.
