摘要
利用传统光学系统评价指标斯特利尔比和能量集中度来表征波前编码系统的成像特征,建立了系统"离焦不敏感性"的评价函数。采用所建立的评价函数设计了应用波前编码技术的三片式系统,系统焦深比原系统扩展10×以上。结果表明:新设计方法使得波前编码系统设计得以在流行的光学设计软件CODE Ⅴ、zemax中实现,并可以很方便地控制"离焦不敏感性"和"图像可恢复性"之间的平衡,解决了目前波前编码系统设计时没有现成软件,没有成熟方法的问题。
In order to bring forth a new method to design Wovefront Coding(WFC) system with commercial lens design software, a new merit function formed by the traditional imaging quality factor, Strehl Ratio(SR) and Encircled Energy(EE), was proposed to describe the “insensibility to defocus”. A triplet system using WFC technology was designed by the new merit function. The new system extends the depth of focus more 10 times than that of the original system. The results show that the WFC system designed by proposed optimal method can be achieved in design software CODE V and zemax and can come to a better trade-off between “insensibility to defocus” and “restorability”.
