摘要
高科技企业R&D人力资本投资具有投资的不确定性和不可撤销性,因此,对其所产生的风险评价研究已成为理论界的研究热点。从高科技企业R&D人力资本投资的过程出发,建立了包括R&D人员激励风险、R&D人员发展风险和R&D绩效评价风险的风险评价指标体系,采用因子分析法对指标体系进行了实证检验,采用模糊综合评价法对案例进行了分析。
Hi-tech enterprise R&D human capital investment is uncertain and irreversible.Therefore,the assessment of risk arising has theoretical hot spot.The existing researches are primarily based on the afterward results of human capital investment risk.The paper establishes an index system from the process of investment,which includes R&D incentives risk,R&D staff development risk and R&D performance assessment risk,and then uses factor analysis to test the indicator system.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive assessment of the case is analyzed.
