摘要
隐性知识是形成企业核心竞争力的基础和源泉,隐性知识传播机制的准确把握是对隐性知识进行有效管理的关键。在比较隐性知识传播过程及传染病传播过程的基础上,阐述了用"传染病模型"研究隐性知识传播机制的可行性,建立了员工隐性知识传播的"传染病模型",并模拟了华安公司隐性知识的传播过程,提出了提高该公司隐性知识传播效率的措施。
Tacit knowledge is the base and headspring of the core competing power. The paper expornds characteristic of tacit knowledge dissemination system.Comparing tacit knowledge dissemination with infectious disease dissemination,it tracks down the resemblance and expounds the feasibility by using infectious disease model to analyze tacit kmowledge dissemination mechanism.The paper builds infectious disease model of tacit knowledge disseminating,impersonating the knowledge dissemination process of tacit knowledge disseminating,impersonating the knowledge disseminating process of Hua＇an company to analyze the factor influencing and regulation of factor evolutionoAt last,the paper puts forward the effective method
