摘要 组织国际化的一个重要基础是通过组织学习获得关于海外市场的知识,而跨文化效应通常被认为是影响组织国际化的一个重要因素。通过对在华外资企业的研究发现,这些企业的确具备较高的组织学习效率,然而他们的学习效率却并没有受到跨文化差异的显著影响。 It is emphasized to master knowledge through organizational learning during internationalization process. Based on the Top 500 foreign enterprises in China, the article finds the entities learning are all at a relatively higher level. And the learning capabilities are not affected by the cultural variations.
