摘要
大学理念是高等教育学的基本问题,研究大学理念的意义不仅在于指导和变革实践,还在于促进高等教育学学科内部规范的形成,促使高等教育学获得真正独立的文化身份。大学理念并非是一种超功利的纯粹精神,它的背后是大学利益相关者各自价值追求的反映。随着大学自身功能的多样化发展和大学利益主体的分化,大学利益相关者间的对话必将成为未来大学理念生产的主要方式。大学理念的研究中应避免单一现代性的思维方式,应建立多元主体的对话机制,通过对话的方式生成大学理念,这对于我们建设和谐的大学文化和形成中国高等教育的文化自觉具有重要意义。
University concept is a basic issue of higher education. The significance of studying university concept is not only simply to guide and change practice, but also to promote the formation of higher educational disciplinary internal norms and to spur higher education to obtain really independent cultural identity. University concept is not a kind of pure spirit transcending utility, behind which is the reflection of university stakeholders value appeals. With the diversified development of university's own functions and differentiation of university stakeholders, the dialogues between university stakeholders will become the major way of future university concept production. In the research on university concept, we should avoid unilateral modern way of thinking, and establish dialogue mechanism with pluralistic subjects. To generate university concept through the way of dialogue is of important significance for us to build harmonious university culture and form cultural self-consciousness of Chinese higher education.
