摘要
企业员工的选择与配置是人力资源管理中非常重要的一个环节,如何确保员工被分配到最适合的岗位上是保证管理层决策能被下级有效执行的关键。该文基于物元模型,建立了人因指标评价体系和评价模型。并以某型企业为例,利用建立的评价模型对企业员工的人因指标进行了实际评价,评价结果表明了该方法具有较强的实用性,企业管理者可依据此评价结果,作为人力资源配置的决策依据。
To select and allocate staff is a very important procedure in the process of human resources management. The extent to which the staffs are properly allocated is of vital importance to make sure that the manager＇s policies can be effectively executed.This paper based on matter-element model, create a estimate index system of human factors and evaluation model, Uses the establishment evaluation model to evaluate the employee of the example enterprises, and the result indicates the evaluation system has a great practical value and the management for enterprises can make human resources allocation policy.
