摘要
本文通过环氧树脂(EP)固化过程的红外谱图分析了在预聚DMAM的作用下EP的固化反应历程。并且利用QNP-Ⅲ型全自动化扭辫仪(TBS)研究了EP固化过程和动态力学性能。研究结果表明:温度是决定EP固化反应的主要因素,温度的升高将提高固化反应速度。并进一步研究了结构与动态力学性能的关系。
The curing reaction mechanism of epoxy resins using dimethylawhnoethyl methacrylate (DMAM) as curing agent was studied by IR spectra and the dynaamic mechanical properties in curing reaction process of epoxy resins were also studied by TBS. The results show that the curing temperature play an important role in the curing process of EP. Raising curing temperature would accelerate the curing reaction rate. The relationship between the structure and dynamic mechanical properties was also discussed in this paper.
