摘要
过热器(E-301)是苯乙烯装置中的主要设备。通过对过热器换热管的受力分析,找出了换热管发生断裂的原因,并进行了改进,总结了过热器制造及安装的经验。
The Superheater（ E - 301 ） is an important equipment of cinnamene plant. By receiving force analysis of the Superheater heat - exchanger - tube, reasons for the cracking of the heat - exchanger - tubes were discussed, and experience of the Superheater making was introduced.
