摘要
事业单位管理体制改革是我国经济社会整体改革的重要组成部分。经过十几年积极探索,我国事业单位管理体制的改革在科技、教育、文化艺术、医疗卫生、体育运动等具体领域方面都取得了相当大的进展,积累了许多成功的做法与经验。事业单位管理体制的改革要彻底打破铁饭碗、大锅饭,转变事业单位人浮于事、效率低下的工作作风,从而优化事业单位内部的管理体制,达到机构、人员、物资等方面的最佳组合,不是一件容易的事。笔者就事业单位管理体制改革的方面谈谈自己的看法。
